China Compulsory Product Certification - 3C Certification Product Catalogue

　　The full name of 3C certification is "China Compulsory Product Certification", and its English name is "China Compulsory Certification", with the English abbreviation being CCC.

　　It is a product conformity assessment system implemented by the Chinese government to protect the personal safety of consumers and national security, and to strengthen product quality management, in accordance with laws and regulations.

　　In order to fulfill its commitment to join the World Trade Organization, the Chinese government issued the mandatory product certification system on December 3, 2001. Starting from May 1, 2002, the Certification and Accreditation Administration of the People's Republic of China began to accept the certification applications for the first batch of 132 products belonging to 19 major categories listed in the mandatory product directory.

　　III. Low-voltage Electrical Appliances (Total 9 types)

　　5. Household Electric Washing Machines: Electric washing machines that can wash clothes with or without water heating devices, dehydration devices, or drying devices.

　　6. Electric water heaters: Fixed storage-type and rapid heating-type electric water heaters that heat water to a temperature below the boiling point.

　　7. Indoor heaters: Radiant heaters for household and similar purposes, plate heaters, liquid-filled heaters, fan heaters, convective heaters, tubular heaters

　　8. Vacuum cleaner: A device capable of removing both dry dust and liquid substances, featuring a vacuum function, powered by a series-excited commutator motor or a DC motor.

　　9. Skin and hair care appliances: Electrical devices used for skin or hair care of humans or animals, and equipped with electric heating elements.

　　10. Electric irons: Dry electric irons for household and similar purposes, and wet (steam) electric irons

　　11. Electromagnetic Cooker: A cooking appliance for household and similar purposes that uses electromagnetic energy for heating. It can consist of one or more electromagnetic heating elements.

　　twelve Electric ovens: Including household and similar-purpose electric ovens with a rated capacity not exceeding 10 liters, bread ovens, waffle molds and similar appliances.

　　13. Electric food processing appliances: Household electric food processors and multi-functional food processors for similar purposes

　　fourteen Microwave oven: A household appliance that uses electromagnetic energy in one or more ISM frequency bands above 300 MHz to heat food and beverages. It can have color display and steam generation functions.

　　15. Electric cookers, cooking surfaces, ovens and similar appliances: including household electric cookers, separate fixed ovens, cooking surfaces, countertop electric cookers, cooking heads of electric cookers, racks and trays for baking, and built-in ovens, racks.

　　16. Range hood: Installed above household cooking appliances and stoves, it is a household appliance equipped with a fan, lights, and control regulators for extracting and removing the smoke and fumes from the kitchen.

　　17. Liquid heaters and hot/cold water dispensers

　　18. Electric rice cooker: An automatic-temperature-retaining or timer-type electric rice cooker that uses an electric heating element for heating.

　　The State Quality Supervision Administration, the State Food and Drug Administration, and the Certification and Accreditation Administration jointly issued a notice (No. 52 of 2013) stating that starting from April 23, 2013, for eight types of medical device products such as medical X-ray diagnostic equipment, electrocardiogram equipment, blood dialysis devices, hollow fiber dialysis devices, extracorporeal circulation blood equipment, artificial heart-lung machines, implantable cardiac pacemakers, and rubber condoms, the mandatory CCC certification management will no longer be required.
