The EU LVD Directive 2006/95/EC has been updated to 2014/35/EU. 

The EU EMC Directive 2004/108/EC has been updated to 2014/30/EU. 

The EU Radio and Telecommunication Terminal Equipment Directive 1995/5/EC has been updated to the Radio Equipment Directive 2014/53/EU. 

1. The EU LVD Directive 2006/95/EC has been updated to 2014/35/EUA. Directive 2014/35/EU must be implemented after April 20, 2016, and each EU member state must complete the legislative process by April 19, 2016. 

B. The VOC (Conformity Declaration) based on the old LVD directive will no longer be accepted as of April 20, 2016; 

II. The EU Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive 2004/108/EC has been updated to 2014/30/EU. 

A. The 2014/30/EU regulation will come into effect on April 20, 2016. Each EU member state must complete the legislative process by April 19, 2016. 

B. From April 20, 2016, the VOC (Conformity Declaration) based on the old electromagnetic compatibility directive will no longer be accepted. 

III. The EU Radio and Telecommunication Terminal Equipment Directive 1995/5/EC has been updated to the Radio Equipment Directive 2014/53/EU 

A. The new directive will come into effect on June 13, 2016. Each member state must complete the legislative process by June 12, 2016. 

B. Radio equipment that met the requirements of the old directive before June 13, 2016, can still be sold on the market until June 13, 2017. That is, the transition period is one year.
