What are the regulations for obtaining the EU CE certification for lighting products?

In the EU market, the "CE" mark is a mandatory certification mark. Whether it is a product produced by an enterprise within the EU or a product from another country, if it is to be freely circulated in the EU market, it must be affixed with the "CE" mark to indicate that the product complies with the basic requirements of the EU's "New Approach to Technical Coordination and Standardization" directive. This is a mandatory requirement imposed by EU laws on products. Therefore, when exporting lamps to the EU, CE certification is also necessary. So, what are the CE certification instructions for lamp products? Below, the editor of Yibo Testing will explain it to you.
Lamp CE Certification Directive
The CE-LVD directive (product safety directive) is mainly designed to prevent risks such as electric shock, heat, mechanical, energy, fire, radiation, and chemicals. The standards implemented by LVD are usually EN 60598-1 and EN 60598-2-X (where X represents a number, and different numbers correspond to different lamps).
The CE-EMC directive (mainly an instruction for product electromagnetic compatibility) is implemented according to the standards EN 55015, EN 61547, EN 61000-3-2, and EN 61000-3-3.
