How is the series and model classification carried out in the KC certification of South Korea?
A bunch of models need to obtain the KC certification. Do we have to do it separately for each model? If we are going to do it as a series, where should we start? ! Today, we will discuss the issue of series classification. The requirements for series classification vary for safety, EMC, and energy efficiency. Therefore, this section also needs to be divided into three parts for discussion.
Safety:
Part One: Examine the transformers. If the transformers are different, they cannot be classified under the same series.
The second part stipulates that the parameters required must fall within the same range in order to be included on a single certificate.
IT-related certification products are classified according to the following table.

EMC:
Please provide the circuit diagram and the PCB design should be consistent. Only the capacitance and resistance values of the secondary components are allowed to differ, while the resistance values of the other parts must be the same.
PS: Due to the unique nature of LED lighting products, an EMI test is required for each different shape.
Energy efficiency:
The basic principle is one report for one model.
