[Standard Update] Latest Developments of the National Standard on Uncertainty in EMC
GB/T 6113.402-2022 "Specification for Measurement Equipment and Measurement Methods for Radio Interference and Immunity Resistance - Part 4-2: Uncertainty, Statistics and Limit Model Building for the Uncertainty of Measurement Equipment and Facilities" is an equivalent adoption of CISPR 16-4-2:2018 (2nd Edition), proposed and chaired by the National Radio Interference Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC79), and implemented by the Radio Interference Measurement Methods and Statistical Methods (TC79SC1) committee.

01Standard range
This document specifies the method for applying the measurement equipment and facility uncertainty (MIU) when determining the conformity of the tested equipment (EUT) based on the CISPR interference limit values. When the measurement results and conclusions are affected by the uncertainty of the test measurement equipment and facilities, the content of this document is also related to electromagnetic compatibility tests.
The appendix of this document provides background information on the quantities of MIU that need to be considered when obtaining the UCISPR values in Chapters 4 to 9, offering initial and further information on MIU; as well as valuable background information on how to consider individual uncertainties in the measurement chain. However, the purpose of the appendix is not to make the users of this document regard it as a user manual for conducting uncertainty calculations or to copy it verbatim. Therefore, in order to make a correct assessment of uncertainty in practice, one can use the materials in the references or other widely recognized documents.
The measurement equipment specifications are provided in CISPR 16-1 (all parts), the measurement methods are included in CISPR 16-2 (all parts), and more detailed information and background materials regarding CISPR and radio interference are given in CISPR 16-3. General knowledge about uncertainty, statistics, and limit modeling is contained in CISPR 16-4 (all parts).
02 Main technical changes
Compared with GB/T 6113.402-2018, the main technical changes in GB/T 6113.402-2022 are as follows:

增加了“LLAS”等缩略语(见3.3,2018年版的3.3);

修改了表1(见表1,2018年版的表1);

增加了5.7“使用Δ-AN进行交流电源端口和其他电源端口传导骚扰测量”的被测量、输入量和输入量符号(见5.7);


增加了第9章“9kHz~30MHz的辐射骚扰测量”的被测量、输入量和输入量符号(见第9章)。
