(referred to as ECMG) for successfully passing the official review by SEMI China and obtaining recognition. ECMG has become an officially authorized certification body by SEMI China in the field of SEMI standard certification. This move indicates that ECMG's professional technical staff, professional testing equipment and facilities, as well as all its software and hardware conditions, have all received satisfactory recognition from SEMI China. This further proves the high-quality level of ECMG in the SEMI standard certification of semiconductor equipment.
