The required documents for FCC ID certification and the process of applying for the first FCC FRN, as well as how to register the Grandee code

1.Applicant’s Product Name ,Model NO., Mailing Address , Phone No.,Fax No., Contact Person & His Title。Applicant's name, product name, model, address, phone number, email, fax, contact person and their position。For transmitter, the fundamental frequency(Operation within the bands)。Regarding the transmission part, please provide the fundamental frequency of the transmission (it would be helpful if you could also specify the frequency band used).

2.Applicant’s FCC Registration Number (FRN) The FCC registration number of the applicant, FRN（ FCC Registration Number），This is the identification number granted by the government to enterprises. It can be applied for free on the FCC official website. After the application, the website will automatically generate it for the enterprise. The total of 10 digits is provided by NPS Lab. The reference code for the application certification party when applying for FCC certification registration is a 10-digit number issued by FCC CORES. For customers who are applying for the first FCC ID, they can apply for it for free on the FCC website. 3. For customers who are applying for the FCC ID for the first time, a Grantee Code (authorization code) needs to be provided. This can be done after applying for the FRN number. 4. The FCC ID consists of the Grantee Code, which is the company code (3 or 5 letters or numbers), and each Grantee Code represents only one company. The 3 or 5-digit number is randomly provided by the FCC and is not set by the customer. Once the application is successful, it becomes a fixed number and serves as the first 3 or 5 digits of all the FCC ID numbers applied by the company. Additionally, there is the Product code, which is the product code (1-14 letters or numbers). Therefore, the product ID number has the Grantee Code as the first 3 or 5 digits, followed by the self-compiled part by the applicant (up to 14 digits), usually using the product model for self-encoding.

5. Label location information. The position and specifications (nameplate) of the FCC label must indicate the size and location on the product. The FCC label must contain the FCC ID number and the FCC warning message. If the label size is small, only the FCC ID number can be indicated, but the FCC warning message must be written in the user manual (user's instruction). Other information such as the manufacturer, product name, model, etc. can be decided by yourself whether to be included in the label.

6.Operational Description (Theory of Operation, Functional Description)。Simple working principle and function description. Please provide a brief explanation of the product's functions, uses, signal flow, the interrelationships among various functional circuits, and power supply. Block Diagrams - the principle flowchart must indicate the frequencies of any crystals used in the circuit. Circuit Schematics - the circuit diagram must be clear and the labels need to be legible. Simple User Manual - the user manual or operating instructions.
