In order to ensure the impartiality, independence and honesty of our company's testing work, we hereby make the following statement: 

Our company's testing work is carried out in accordance with relevant international and national laws, regulations, standards and norms. We have established a complete management system to ensure the scientific and accurate nature of the testing data. 

2. Our company is an independent legal entity testing institution. The management and staff are not subjected to any improper commercial, financial or other forms of pressure and influence from either internal or external sources that may adversely affect the quality of our work. The testing personnel firmly resist inappropriate administrative interventions that violate the quality policy statement, and maintain the impartiality of the testing data. 

3. The management commits to not conducting any inappropriate administrative interference or pressure on the testing personnel that deviates from the quality policy, and guarantees the accuracy of the test results. 

4. Our company conducts testing in accordance with the requirements of CNAS-CL01:2018 "Criteria for the Accreditation of Testing and Calibration Laboratories". 

5. Our company maintains an objective, fair, scientific and confidential working attitude towards all commissions, and strictly prevents any incidents that may harm the interests of the clients. 

6. Our staff members shall avoid engaging in any activities that may reduce their credibility in terms of competence, impartiality, judgment, or operational honesty. They are prohibited from undertaking any part-time or technical cooperation activities that may affect the fairness of our company, such as not being responsible for sample modifications. 

7. Our staff are strictly prohibited from accepting gifts, money or items from the client as a result of their work, nor are they allowed to purchase products at a discounted price. 

8. If any actions exceed the requirements stipulated in the above statement of impartiality, the company will immediately stop and correct such actions, report them to the general manager for handling. If the actions have exceeded the requirements of the above statement of impartiality, the company will immediately correct the actions of the relevant personnel, conduct criticism and education for the parties involved, and implement corrective measures. If losses have been caused to the customers, compensation for the losses should be made. If serious losses have been caused to the customers, the company shall report to the judicial authorities for handling in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of the country.
